Congrats on the jeep, I would recommend going to get a custom tune from a reputable tuner using HPTuners over the diablo. The canned tunes from diablo only adjust WOT fueling and spark for the most part, you can change idle and fan settings but that won't affect the chugging. You'd need to solve for the intake manifold (you could re-use the 6.1), get the cam phaser lockout, tune shouldn't be that hard, and don't recall the front cover and accessories. HA! I was also told it will be there forever, and the best I can do is use some brake fluid and put it on a rubber piece in there, hopefully that would allow it to stretch more and stop the noise. Dealer told me there might be a transmission update. Turns out there were two for mine. I asked him if they just automatically update the transmission or do I have to ask.
